Meet Kerrie Talbot from DB Cargo - one of our New Ambassadors

Kerrie started her career on the Railway 21 years ago. Within DB Cargo she designed the internal Apprenticeship programme for the Technical Trainee Managers and was also part of the Trailblazer for the Level 3 Train Driver Apprenticeship. She chairs the Rail Delivery Group Learning and Development meeting, which brings colleagues from across the Industry together to review, share and deliver best practise.

Kerrie is passionate about Learning and Development and wants to see Apprenticeships as an alternative option to University. Apprenticeships offer the learner a more practical approach to learning so as part of the AAN she promotes the benefits of Apprenticeships and educates schools, parents and businesses on the advantages that apprenticeships can bring.
