WE’VE EMPLOYED APPRENTICES EVERY YEAR SINCE 1934 WHEN OUR PROGRAMME BEGAN. A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF OUR APPRENTICES GO ON TO BUILD HUGELY SUCCESSFUL CAREERS THROUGHOUT THE BUSINESS AND PAY BACK OUR INVESTMENT TEN FOLD – WHAT’S NOT TO LIKE!

OUR APPRENTICES ARE HIGHLY SKILLED, LOYAL AND REGULARLY IDENTIFIED AS THE MOST ENGAGED MEMBERS OF OUR EMPLOYEE POPULATION. OUR PROGRAMME ALLOWS US TO DEVELOP NOT JUST THE SKILLS WE NEED TODAY, BUT THOSE WE KNOW WE’LL NEED IN FIVE AND TEN YEAR’S TIME USING A PROVEN METHOD OF LEARNING AND QUALITY OUTCOMES.

WHAT DO YOU FEEL ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF OFFERING AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME OVER OTHER TRAINING OR EDUCATION?

AN APPRENTICESHIP FOLLOWS A ROBUST, PROVEN METHODOLOGY AND ALLOWS THOSE UNDERTAKING IT TO PRACTICE THEIR SKILLS IN REAL ENVIRONMENTS. IN THE REAL WORLD WE ALL HAVE TO ADAPT WHEN THINGS DON’T GO AS PLANNED – AN APPRENTICESHIP ALLOWS FOR THAT LEARNING TOO, IN A SAFE SPACE. IN OUR OPINION, THERE ARE FEW BETTER WAYS TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS NEEDED FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO BE A SUCCESS.
